ANALISIS WORKLOAD KARYAWAN RUMAH SAKIT SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 BERDASARKAN NASA-TASK LOAD INDEX

Abstrak COVID -19 berdampak besar pada pengelolaan layanan kesehatan khususnya di rumah sakit. Sebagai garda terdepan dalam mengatasi pandemic COVID-19 sakit dituntut tetap melayani dan mengobati pasien khusunya yang teinfeksi COVID-19. Faktor-faktor seperti jumlah semakin meningkat, meningkatnya jam kerja, kelelahan, rasa bahaya ketidakpastian, serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang prosesnya meningkatkan beban kerja karyawan Tujuan dari ini penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi menganalisis bagaimana workload/beban dirasakan oleh RUMAH SAKIT “X” selama masa Metode digunakan analisis deskritif dengan menggunakan kuesioner NASA-TLX dimana metode dapat menganalisa seorang karyawan. Penelitian bertujuan mengukur workload berdasarkan 1. Mental demand (MD), 2. Physical (PD), 3. Temporal (TD), 4. Performance (OP), 5. Effort (EF), 6. Frustation level (FR). Berdasarkan skor diperoleh, diketahui bahwa 33% memiliki sangat tinggi, 41% 14% cukup 7% sedang 5% ringan. Untuk mengurangi perlu dilakukan manajemen cara melakukan identifikasi kerja,membuat prioritas pembagian tugas merata, komunikasi baik, evaluasi secara berkala trauma healing pendampingan mengkaji dukungan psikologis memberikan pelayanan jiwa bisa stress karna adanya kerja.
